GL = Guild Leader Pledges = sok As GL sy will have final say on everything that becomes Laws, He can Veto or Pass , But he will be open to a more then less diplomatic form of Ruling the Guild (Which means, SY would rather leave most decisions to Majority vote! GLA's will Oversee all Guild operations. GL and GLA's will select HC members. Also in the event that SY is not available for whatever problem that may come up, GLA's are in charge of Guild , should one of them not be on , Then HC's will have that Honor! HC will report to GLA's,IE:Roster changes, guild Hunts to be scheduled ect HC have the right to select their own Assts. if they wish, also HC will be in involved in all decisions made at guild lvl. GO's will be selected by HC's, Unless GLa's or GL has something to say , that will be made apparent well in advance. GO's Must have HC approval for Whom they chose as asst. As members of SOK you will also have responsibilities, IE:locker supplies: Dp's, mrp's, Equipment, these assignment's will be given to you by your GO. Rules and Guidelines will be revised as needed:: Here is the good part:: From this point on!!! All New members will be Pledged into SOK, Pledges will be this will be agreed upon by all in that unit , including HC! if it is not unanimous , it does not happen! At the point of Deciding to make a Pledge a full time member, Pledge will have to solo all Kesmai crits, Trog , Daisy, and Ydnac! This will take Ample time to allow them to grow strong enough and experienced enough, and us time to know them well! For established players , there will be consideration at that time , and a vote by HC and above as to what quest shall be! SOK LAWS Laws #1- SOK is a guild of high standards and moral integrity, therefore all members shall abide by the Laws of the Land (Rules of Conduct) #2- SOK will not tolerate PKing of any kind without just cause. All members will consult the Guild Leader or High Council members before initiating any kind of action. Members will defend themselves, if Attacked (as in the guy is flagged) or SERIOUSLY provoked (as in they are threatening to kill you immediately) you may retaliate and use whatever force necessary sometimes resulting in the demise of another player. #3- SOK are not Looters and Thieves. There will be no thievery of any kind. In the event someone is killed by your hand or ANY other you will NOT take any items from the corpse(looting). We shall not "roll" anyone that has not stolen from us. As per the situation you shall act appropriately. We shall not "jump in" on anybody's kill, but should ask if they need help. #4- We shall not dispute any items between us. We shall give it whomever in the guild needs the item . If there happens to be a dispute, it isn't, you automatically give the item to the other person. Only exceptions are for Lair loot. If it not pre-arranged who gets what and you cannot come to any conclusion yourselves, ask the ranking guild member there to settle the dispute. If there isn't a ranking member there, you are expected to make the appropriate decision. #5- High items shall not be given away to newbies at any time. Such as: S/D Bracer or Amulet, Ice Scales, Griffin or Bear Skull, F/B bracer, Griffin Figurines, PP amulet, DP's, Mrp's, and pmp's. Some other items may be given away at your discretion. The selling of items is prohibited within the guild, we shall help our members get whatever they need and in some case give the items to other members (as in they lost it in a deathpile). We shall never need to look outside the guild for items, as we can acquire everything we need together. #6- There will be no distention among the ranks tolerated.Any insubordination or infraction against any other guild member will be dealt with severely. #7- We will always help other members if it is in our power. If someone needs a deathpile retrieval, it is expected you will drop anything and everything you are doing within reason to assist them to the fullest of your power.
